At the beginning of 2013 I started doing talks<\/strong>. They are all based on my personal experience<\/strong>, anecdotes from my daily life, my career as an athlete<\/strong>, the working environment and my path throughout education. I do them either in Catalan, Spanish or English<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Up until, I’ve performed in front of more than 10,000 people<\/strong> in many different settings and locations: international companies, family businesses, TED talks, sports clubs, prisons, public or private schools, organizations<\/strong> for disabled people, for immigrants, prostitutes, transgender people and other vulnerable communities, coaching seminars<\/strong>, etc. both in big cities or small towns across Catalonia<\/strong>, Spain<\/strong>, little tours in the United States<\/strong> and even one in Russia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My talks can be classified in three general categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Motivational talks for companies<\/a>, events<\/a>, coaching courses and for organizations that work with people at risk of social exclusion<\/strong>, among others.<\/li>
  2. Training<\/a> talks for future professionals<\/strong> at professional schools, universities, sports clubs or at other courses aimed at future teachers, social educators, journalists, sports instructors, coaches, etc.<\/li>
  3. Educational<\/a> talks<\/strong> at schools, high schools, sports clubs<\/strong>, professional schools, special education schools, etc.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    The main topics<\/strong> that I talk about are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Following your dreams<\/strong>.<\/li>
    2. Facing our fears<\/strong>.<\/li>
    3. Managing negative emotions<\/strong>.<\/li>
    4. The importance of imagination<\/strong>.<\/li>
    5. Breaking stereotypes and prejudice<\/strong> on diversity.<\/li>
    6. Raising awareness<\/strong> on people with disabilites.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Depending on the schools’ or companies’ priorities, talks can be adapted and more emphasis can be put in different aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Furthermore, all talks are done from an optimistic<\/strong> point of view. Talks are also spontaneous<\/strong> and include lots of sense of humour<\/strong>, in order to break the ice and give them a family feel<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n\nLes meves xerrades tenen tres\u00a0vessants principals:\n

          3. Xerrades educatives<\/a><\/strong> a escoles, instituts, clubs esportius<\/strong>, cicles formatius, centres d'educaci\u00f3 especial, centres d'educaci\u00f3 compartida, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

              Desde principios de 2013 que empec\u00e9 a dar charlas<\/strong>. Todas se basan en mi experiencia personal<\/strong>, en an\u00e9cdotas de mi d\u00eda a d\u00eda, en mi trayectoria en el mundo del deporte<\/strong>, en el entorno laboral y en mi paso por las diferentes etapas educativas. Las hago en catal\u00e1n, castellano e ingl\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Hasta ahora las charlas me han llevado a hablar ante m\u00e1s de 10.000 personas<\/strong> en localizaciones muy variadas: multinacionales, empresas familiares, charlas TED, clubes deportivos, prisiones, centros de menores, escuelas e institutos p\u00fablicos y privados, fundaciones<\/strong> que trabajan con discapacitados, inmigrantes, prostitutas, transexuales y otros colectivos desfavorecidos, cursos de coaching<\/strong>, etc. tanto en grandes ciudades de Catalu\u00f1a<\/strong> y de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de peque\u00f1as giras en Estados Unidos<\/strong> y hasta de una charla en Rusia<\/strong>, como en pueblos rurales y de monta\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n\n\n\n

              Mis charlas tienen tres vertientes principales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Charlas de motivaci\u00f3n en empresas<\/a>, congresos y eventos<\/a>, cursos de coaching y colectivos en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n social<\/strong>, entre otros.<\/li>
              2. Charlas de formaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong> en ciclos formativos, universidades, clubes deportivos y cursos espec\u00edficos para futuros profesionales<\/strong> de magisterio, educaci\u00f3n social, trabajo social, periodismo, INEF, deportistas, entrenadores, etc.<\/li>
              3. Charlas educativas<\/a><\/strong> en escuelas, institutos, clubes deportivos<\/strong>, ciclos formativos, centros de educaci\u00f3n especial, centros de educaci\u00f3n compartida, etc.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Los temas principales<\/strong> que trato son los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  A petici\u00f3n de los centros y de las empresas puedo hacer m\u00e1s \u00e9nfasis en los aspectos que se deseen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Las charlas siempre son desde un punto de vista positivo, espont\u00e1neo<\/strong> y nunca dudo en hacer bromas sobre m\u00ed mismo para romper el hielo y para que sean m\u00e1s cercanas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  De todos modos, la mejor manera de conocerlas no es que yo hable de ellas, sino que las ve\u00e1is vosotros mismos.
